Kindergarten registration was open 3/28 'til 4/1 2011. If you still need to register your child or you are new to the PPE community, please see below for all the necessary forms to register your child at Percy Priest Elementary School. Download the provided PDF's. Please register your child as soon as possible even after the registration period has passed. It helps PPE plan for staffing.view all >

Lunch Coupon Printout

Revised 2011. New Lunch Coupon reflecting money designation for Cafe code system. If you have the latest version of Acrobat you can type directly onto the form. Please provide separate coupon per child and include their pin number. You may write one check, payable to Percy Priest Elem.
