Meningococcal Disease
State Law requires schools to provide parents/guardians with information about meningococcal disease and this information had to include the causes, symptoms, and means by which meningococcal disease is spread and the places where parents and guardians may obtain additional information and vaccinations for their children.
A copy of the attached flyer from the CDC has been sent home no later than Friday, September 16. The intent of the law is for this to go home near the beginning of school and we will document compliance as of the 16th.
