How To Register For School
Kindergarten registration was open 3/28 'til 4/1 2011. If you still need to register your child or you are new to the PPE community, please see below for all the necessary forms to register your child at Percy Priest Elementary School. Download the provided PDF's. Please register your child as soon as possible even after the registration period has passed. It helps PPE plan for staffing.

International Student Home Language Survey K-12
Return all forms to Percy Priest along with all requested documents such as:
Birth certificate
Social Security card
Physical and Immunization record from doctor on TN form
Proof of address ( current utility bill, mortgage, lease, insurance etc.)
Driver’s license
Please DO NOT MAIL original documents.
