We join everyone in welcoming Dr. Rebecca Bourlakas as our new first grade teacher. She comes to PPE with an M.Ed. in education and as the former director of the Westminster School for Young Children.
She is already known to many PPE families as mom to first grader Katie and kindergartener Maggie and will be a wonderful addition to the PPE faculty!
As she assumes her new professional responsibilities, she will resign from her PPE parent position as PTO Co Vice President for Policy and Planning. We hope to present a new candidate for a vote at the October 27 PTO meeting.
