The Metro Public Health Department offers free immunizations for Davidson County children under age 18 throughout the year. Immunizations are offered Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at each of the Health Department's three health centers -- Lentz Health Center; Woodbine Health Center, 224 Oriel Avenue; and East Health Center, 1015 East Trinity Lane. These are walk-in clinics so no appointment is necessary. Parents must bring their child’s shot record to the clinic to confirm which immunizations are needed.
