Submission of Flyers for Friday Folders

** NOTE change to protocol in order to cut down on volume of internal email.**

All edits need and question and initial submission need to come directly to Lyn Hoyt and or Angie Howard. Draft and final approvals will be cc'd to Melinda Williams. We only need to include the principal approval when submissions are in final form.

All PTO communications MUST BE APPROVED by the Principal and PTO. Please COPY Lyn Hoyt & Angie Howard regarding any information that is to be distributed school-wide.

Articles must be submitted no later than Tuesday at 5pm (Wed will be an edit date and Hard Copy deadline)  PTO Communications Chair will send to the appropriate person.


EMAIL AND WEBSITE- . PTO Communications Chair will send to the appropriate person in tandem with flyer and newsletter requests.

FLYERS-Friday Folders-All flyers for the Friday Folders are to be sent to the 3 approval contacts via email using Flyer Distribution Form (this can be completed online and sent via email). If a document cannot be emailed, hard copies of the flyer and distribution form may be placed in the PTO Flyer folder on the PTO shelf in the office. Please notify Lyn Hoyt that the copies have been submitted for approval. HARD COPY FLYERS must be received no later than Wednesday and will be sent home after Principal and PTO approval. PTO Communications Chair will send to appropriate person.

PTO BULLETIN – Angie Howard PTO Co-President angiephoward@att.net All PTO Bulletin submissions are to be sent to Angie via email. Information must be submitted no later that Wednesday (preferably Mon. or Tues.) prior to the upcoming PTO meeting.

PRINTED MATERIAL & FRIDAY FOLDER INSERTS – Any material to be printed must be sent to all 3 approval contacts. Material may be printed after Principal and PTO approval. Budget and or cost for printing needs to be paid for by committee. PTO Communications Chair will send to appropriate person.
