Calling ALL Parent Drupal Developers

We have a great website built on the open source platform Drupal. As a Communications committee we see so much potentail and lots of bells and whistles we would like to add to the site. But, we need a Drupal Devloper on our committee to do this. The PTO had a set budget to develop and launch this new website. But, our ability to add features is limited to our budget. Horton Group maintains the site on their server pro-bono. And they have offered training. But our volunteer committee primarily consists of content managers- writers, designers, editors and photographers, parents giving their professional time to make sure this key tool is functioning at a high level. We are in need of a Drupal Developer to complete the package. Are you that person to give your time?
