What's Coming this Spring for Rising JTM 5th Graders!

-  Entire 4th grade field trip to JT Moore on May 10, 2010 – “A day in the life at JTM”
-  4th grade students to decide what their related arts subject is for next year - look for a decision on what those choices will be once the “Related Arts Survey” results from the feeder schools are analyzed
-  JTM 5th & 6th grade band from will perform at PPE for the entire 4th grade

Calling all Parents of Rising 5th Graders, Now is the time to sign up fror the JT Moore listserv and start plugging in to the great things happening at our neighborhood middle school.  There will be very important messages for rising 5th graders and their parents regarding PTO positions for the 2010-2011 school year, and events to mark on calendars for the upcoming summer and Fall at JTM. Its going to be a great year and we want to welcome everyone to JT Moore!!

MUSIC AT MOORE MEETING


In an effort to strengthen, build, grow and protect the instrumental music classes and programs at our schools, JTM has formed a support and advocacy group called, "Music at Moore". Their second meeting is Tuesday, November 17, from 6:30 to 8:00 at the JTM Library. Mr. Mitchell Korn, Nashville Symphony VP of Education & Community Engagement will speak.
