Hello Percy Priest families!  This is Dr. Young with some information about upcoming school events. This week we will be having grade level virtual family meetings to provide more information about virtual learning and answer additional questions that you may have for your student and your family.  The meetings will be Thursday and will be held through Microsoft teams.  The meetings will also be recorded and posted to the PTO website for you to view at your convenience.  Please find the links and times below:

Kindergarten – Thursday, July 23rd at 10AM – Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

1st Grade – Thursday, July 23rd at 11AM – Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

2nd Grade – Thursday, July 23rd at 1PM – Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

3rd Grade – Thursday, July 23rd at 2PM – Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

4th Grade – Thursday, July 23rd at 3PM – Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

Part of the virtual learning planning is helping to provide students with laptops and internet access.  The district has purchased laptops that will be delivered and distributed throughout the year.  For the start of school, we will be distributing laptops and hotspots to families in need.  Please know that the priority for laptops for the start of the year is for families that do not have a device for their child.  To request a laptop, please complete the link below.  A member of our team will follow-up with you next week to schedule a laptop pick-up time for the week of July 28th

Due to social distancing guidelines our annual class list posting will unfortunately be different.  We are working to get teacher information to families by this Friday, July 24th.  To that point, if you are receiving this email and your child will not be enrolled at Percy Priest, please contact the main office to notify us.
