It has been a busy week at Percy Priest!  Our 3rd and 4th grade students completed TNReady which is part of the Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program (TCAP) and is designed to assess student understanding, not just basic memorization and test-taking skills.  TNReady is one way to assess what our students know and what we as educators can do to help them succeed in the future.

Field Day 2019 was a huge success thanks to our Physical Education educators, Mrs. Nash and Mr. Swift, along with their team of parent and staff volunteers. This yearly event would not be possible without support from you!  Thank you for giving of your time, energy, and resources to Field Day @ PPE.

The PPE Girls on the Run team would like to thank everyone who supported their after-school bake sale on Wednesday.  They raised $220 and will donate $110 to both Sarah Cannon Cancer Center and The Nashville Humane Society.  The girls will run in their first 5K on Saturday.  PPE GOTR – we will be cheering for you! GOTR will need  a coach and sponsor for the 2019-20 PPE team. If you are interested in learning more about this program for 3rd and 4th grade girls, please email GOTR of Middle Tennessee at or call Tiffany Patton, Executive Director, at 615-356-4829.
