Holiday Project with the City of Forest Hills

Tuesday, November 19th, 4-6pm in PPE Cafe

Percy Priest students and families are invited to participate in a Holiday Project to decorate Bison Meadows.

Bison Meadow situated at the corner of Hillsboro Pike and Tyne Boulevard was established by the City of Forest Hills in 1994 as a Tennessee Bicentennial Project.TThe 2½-acre park is sited on a terminal branch of the historic Natchez Trace. This “old Indian path” itself followed the path of buffalo, elk, and other large animals heading to the big salt lick on the Cumberland River.
In celebration of the Holidays, The City of Forest Hills invite students and families of Percy Priest Elementary to join in creating ornaments to decorate the bordering stone walls of Bison Meadows.

The ornament project will take place in the Percy Priest café on Tuesday, November 19th from 4-6pm along with the PPE Book Fair Family Night. Students and siblings are invited to create an ornament and enjoy cookies and cider before or after visiting the Family Night Book Fair.
