This past week was quite busy with the Scholastic Book Fair, Holiday Ornament Decorating and Grandparents Day. As we reflect on our many blessings, we are thankful for the support YOU give us each and every day!
In guidance, the children learned what it means to have an “Attitude of Gratitude,” and how making a list of what they are grateful for can improve their mood when they are feeling blue. The kiddos came up with lots of things to be thankful for!
Here’s what is coming up in kindergarten…

- November 27th-29th- No School, Thanksgiving Holiday
- November 25th- Dine Out at Green Hills Grill Enjoy a night out with your family and dine-in at the restaurant, order take-out or even have it delivered! 10% of all proceeds from 4:00-10:00 p.m. this night will go to the Percy Priest Elementary PTO!
- December 4th- School-Wide Art Show, 5:00-7:00
- December 18th- Gingerbread Making Celebration (more info to come)
- December 19th- Half-Day
