Seasonal Events Overview
Back to School (August – September)
- Sneak-a-Peek and Popsicle Party
Kick off the school year by meeting teachers and classmates while enjoying popsicles at the school. Typically the day before school starts. - Fall Community Event
Come together for some community back to school fun! This event varies but has historically been a picnic or movie night. Sometimes a DJ shows up!
Fall (October – November)
- GrandFriends Day
Students invite grandparents or special friends to visit the school, enjoy classroom activities, and shop at the Book Fair and Roar Store. This is a beautiful event each year where kiddos are so proud to share time with Grandparents and special friends.
Winter (December – February)
- Talent Show
Students in grades 2–5 perform their talents on stage, celebrating the diverse skills of our student body. - Read-a-Thon
A two-week event encouraging students to read as much as possible, fostering a love for reading. - Percy’s Reading Party
A family-friendly evening filled with interactive reading activities, crafts, games, and special appearances by Percy the Tiger. - Science Night
Loads of cool science fun as kiddos explore different experiments and stations designed for fun and learning.
Spring (March – May)
- Percy Priest Fine Arts Night
An annual art show showcasing student artwork, musical performances and more! - March MATHness and Math Night
A week of math fun plus a special night of math games with our friends at Mathnasium. - Field Day
A day of outdoor games and activities where families are invited to participate and volunteer. - Popsicle Party for Incoming Kindergarteners
An opportunity for rising kindergarteners and their parents to meet and enjoy a treat on the playground. - Spring Event and Tiger Dash Color Run
A vibrant 1-mile color run promoting health and fun, followed by community festivities and fun.
