Art Helper

Help with Art Program projects such as: School-Wide Art Show prep, Street (Chalk) Painting Event in April, and other classroom needs. You will be contacted for availability as projects arise.

Auction Helper

Volunteers are needed to gather auction items, including grade level parties, baskets, teacher outings, in addition to decor, check in, clean up.

Book Fair

Help organize and set up the fall book fair. One to two hour shifts will be available.

Family Picnic Volunteer

Help set up for the Family Picnic in September.

Field Day Volunteer

Help set up, clean up and run events for this fun end of school year event.

Fourth Grade Father/Daughter Event

Grandparents’ Day Volunteer

Originally scheduled for late October, this event may need to change this year. However, we would love to have a group willing to help make our Grandparents and special friends feel apart of our great school. Please sign up if you would be willing to help. More Information to follow.

Invest Volunteer

Help with our main fundraiser of the year. The Invest team will create a pamphlet, set up rewards and get families excited to give to their school. Invest is used to pay for valuable staff and teacher support.

Landscaping Volunteer

Help maintain the exterior of our school with weeding and planting days held throughout the year.

Math and Science Night Volunteer

Math and Science night is a 3rd and 4th graders event, showing them how fun math and science can be. The dates and more information to follow.

New Families Volunteer

Help welcome new families to PPE at our Fall Open House, on weekly tours or other opportunities throughout the year.

Read-A-Thon

Help plan Read-A-Thon in February!

Roar Store Volunteer

Assist our Roar Store chairs in helping to sell and distribute merchandise when our booth is set up or online purchases have occurred. This is one of our fundraisers and also provided students an opportunity to show off their school spirit.

Room Parent

The room parent coordinates PTO communication to their class parents, coordinates class party and teacher gifts.

Small Fundraisers Volunteer

Small fundraisers are ongoing throughout the school year ranging from shopping at Magpies or Kendra Scott to eat out nights at Green Hills Grille or California Pizza Kitchen. They are not limited to the ones listed above, but are a fun way to build community and raise additional funds for our school. In addition to the ones listed above, small fundraisers also include box top collections, Amazon Smile, Publix Partners, Krogers, Shake Shack dining out night, and Zoe’s dining out.

Help spread the word about PPE events through our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Songwriters Night

Help plan and host a songwriters night to remember in September!

Teacher Appreciation/Hospitality Volunteer

Help set up lunches for teachers on in-service days and help set up snacks at various PTO events throughout the year.

Tennis Fundraiser

Help create an inaugural tennis fundraiser in the spring!

Tiger Cup Volunteer

Volunteers will help at registration, at hole in one and meal step-up and clean up on September 20, 2021 at Old Natchez Golf Course.

Used Book Sale Volunteer

A few days before the sale you will dedicate a day or two to organize books, make labels , and up the stage. Volunteers will also be needed during the actual sale in February.

Yearbook Volunteer

Take photos of school and grade level events. Assist in page layouts and end of year distribution.
