  Tips and Tricks
  • The best and easiest paint is spray paint, premium (i.e. Rustoleum) works best vs. a generic store brand. You may need 2-3 cans for a good base coat + additional for design. Latex paint or paint that is rolled on will take longer to dry.
  • Once you have the base coat done, use chalk to sketch your design. Try to do large shapes so it’s easy to see.
  • Spray paint large areas, if you make a mistake, use the base coat to fix the mistake.
  • For detailed and smaller areas, a tube of paint and paintbrush works well. Outdoor latex is best but regular artist acrylic works well too.
  • Bring paper towels to wipe any drips.
  • Bring a cup of water if using a paintbrush.
  • Wearing rubber gloves helps keep hands clean.
  • Have fun and tag @ppetigers
