October 23: Report cards sent home.
October 26: Trunk or Treat at PPE
October 29: Cheekwood field trip for Acker, Brumleve and Hartsock/Please check
your child’s Friday Folder for a permission slip and payment information.
October 30: Classroom Harvest Parties
October 31: Parent/Teacher conferences/No school for students.

*The cost for our field trip to Cheekwood is $4.00 per student. Please see below

Here are instructions for how to use School Cash Online.
1. Go to schoolcashonline.com
2. If you have registered before (this is the same platform that we used last year for
field trips), you should be able to just log in to your account.
If you are new to Percy Priest click “Register.”
3. Once registered, you will be able to add your child. To add your child, the first
question is: “Type in the School Board name and select one from the list.” Ours is
“Metro Nashville Public Schools.”
4. The rest of the questions are just your child’s information!
5. Once your child has been added, you will see “Items” listed across the top. When you
click, you should see your child’s name and the field trip that is available for
payment.
