TCAP TESTING SCHEDULE
End of Year State Testing Update for Students in Grades 3-5As a result of the winter ice storm, there has been an update to the end of year state testing schedule for our 3rd-5th grade students. CREATIVE ARTS SHOWCASE
T-shirts on sale now to be printed live during the event. Pre-order your PPE Creative Arts t-shirt now through March 25th! Students will have the opportunity to work with and screen print shirts with artists from GROOVY PRINT STROKES (@groovyprintstrokes) from 5-7 pm. Personalize their shirt with Kelly Terrell Art to bring their vision into the shirt Tiger Club helped design. TALENT SHOW – Thursday, April 9th
Hey Parents! It is talent show time again! We love seeing our Tigers shine and this year will be no different! Please sign up here and make sure you to add your song files to this document when you have them. Sign ups will close March 18 and rehearsals will be held in early April. We would like to limit each grade to no more than 10 acts and the time limit is two minutes. Encourage your kids to bring their talents, whatever they may be…comedy, magic, poetry, etc. I am so excited to see them on the stage! TICKETS ON SALE NOW FOR A NIGHT OF WONDER SPRING AUCTION
Auction Party: Tickets ON SALE NOW (here) for A Night of Wonder, April 11th 6pm-11pm, an unforgettable evening benefiting PPE. Dress to dazzle in cocktail attire with a touch of shimmer, jewel-tones, or a hint of cirque-inspired flair. Tickets are capped at 350 and sales are off to a strong start. Join us for an incredible party that makes a major impact on the school community from supporting Interventionist and Enrichment teacher salaries to events like fan-favorite Trunk or Treat and Talent Show and for our House system that builds community and belonging for our students.
Silent Auction: Teacher Outings are some of the most sought after items in the auction catalog with very limited spots available for each outing (2-3spots/current homeroom teacher). Teachers from Pre-K through 5th grade coordinate a special activity that is sure to be a highlight of the school year. The outings for 2026 that will be included in the upcoming silent auction:
Pre-K – Popsicles on the BIG Playground, Thurs 4/30, 2-3pm
Kinder – Treats and Sevier Park, Tues 4/21 after school
1st – After School Movie, Mon 5/4 after school
2nd – Treats and Granny White Park, Mon 4/27 after school
3rd – Jeni’s and Sevier Park, Tues 5/12 after school
4th – Teachers for the Day, May after state testing
5th – Putt Shack Golfing, Wed 4/29 after school
Grade Level Party Hosts still needed for 5th Girls, 3rd Boys, 2nd Boys. Your time and efforts provide memory-making for the students while raising vital funds for our school. Email PercyPriestAuction@gmail.com with questions or to plan a party.
Spring fever is setting in and if you happen to find any bins or baskets in your spring cleaning efforts that you’re ready to part with, the auction can use them. We’ve had several large quantities of items donated that need a basket or bin for display. Email percypriestauction@gmail.com to arrange dropoff. Thank you!
