PTO GENERAL MEETING – MARCH 17th

MATH NIGHT – MARCH 19th – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Join us for a fun evening of math games and activities!  We need your help to make the evening a success so please sign up below to volunteer.  Mathnasium will provide guidance for all volunteers.  No experience or expertise required!  This is a great volunteer opportunity for middle and high school age siblings and PPE alums!

TALENT SHOW 

Hey Parents!  It is talent show time again!  We love seeing our Tigers shine and this year will be no different!  Please sign up here and make sure you to add your song files to this document when you have them.  Sign ups will close March 18 and rehearsals will be held in early April.  We would like to limit each grade to no more than 10 acts and the time limit is two minutes.  Encourage your kids to bring their talents, whatever they may be…comedy, magic, poetry, etc.  I am so excited to see them on the stage!  If you are a parent and you would like to help, please email me directly- akpons@gmail.com

Promising Scholars – REGISTRATION OPEN!

Registration is now open for promising scholars. Please scroll down here to enroll. Registration deadline is May 5th.
Promising Scholars will operate May 28–June 26, 2026, providing students with high-quality summer learning focused on literacy, numeracy, and engagement.
Families will be able to view their assigned summer site based on student address during the registration process.

TICKETS ON SALE NOW FOR A NIGHT OF WONDER SPRING AUCTION

Auction Party: Tickets ON SALE NOW (here) for A Night of Wonder, April 11th 6pm-11pm, an unforgettable evening benefiting PPE. Join us for a captivating evening filled with incredible live music/DJ by RYTHM, excitement by Beyond Wings performers, and enchantment offered by Ramtins Magic all while enjoying delicious bites and beverages, bidding on incredible items in both our silent and live auctions, and making amazing memories.

Tickets sold as a Single $150 (dinner & 2 drink tickets), Couple $300 (dinner & 4 drink tickets), and Drink Ticket (beer, wine, mixed drink) will also be available for pre-purchase $17 (limit 2 per guest). Richland Country Club is a cash-only establishment so pre-purchasing drink tickets will reduce the need to carry cash as well as shorten wait times in line. Please limit to pre-purchasing two drink tickets per guest. Let’s celebrate PPE!

Silent Auction: There are so many amazing talents in our PPE community: artists, musicians, writers, ceramicists, singers, jewelers, the list goes on. The silent auction is a wonderful way to showcase your work while benefiting PPE and a wide variety of donations are accepted with great appreciation. If you have a piece of art or a few hours to teach a skill, email PercyPriestAuction@gmail.com.

When: July 21 & 22 from 9 a.m.-noon (Tuesday and Wednesday)
-Get a ‘Sneak Peek’ at a day in the life of a kindergartner!
-Meet new friends!
-Engage in hands-on learning experiences!
-Tour the school, playground, visit ‘kinder’ classrooms, and so much more!Session Fee: $125
