COMMUNITY SAFETY REMINDER
HAVE YOU INVESTED YET?
Two weeks left for the Invest campaign! Please help us get to our goal before fall break.
Our goal is $240,000 and 90% participation from every family in every grade.
The first class to reach 90% INVEST participation will win a Monster Mash Glow Bash — complete with glow lights, karaoke, dancing, games, and Halloween fun with Dr. Young! And there’s another way to win! The grade level with the highest dollar amount contributed to INVEST will also receive a Monster Mash Glow Bash!
1st grade is in the lead at 63%! Remember that you can show your participation without a monetary donation by clicking the “I INVEST” option.
We understand these amounts may not be feasible for every family, so we want to reassure you that every gift—at every level—matters.

TRUNK OR TREAT!
Our 2nd Annual PPE Trunk–or–Treat is on Sunday, October 25th from 2-4pm!
Dress up in your costume and collect candy from the decorated trunks of cars. This is a fun, free event for the whole family!
Are you ready to transform the family car into a (not so) spooky candy machine? Sign up to host a trunk and help us make this harvest season fun. (Note that we ask hosts to provide some candy but most will be supplemented by the PPE community!)

GRADE LEVEL PARENT PARTIES
Attention! Are you interested in coordinating the grade level party for your grade? All you need to do is pick a venue that can accommodate a group, confirm with the venue, and make an invite! We will post it here and on social media. You can organize a moms night, dads night, or parents night. Reach out to comm@percypriest.org if you’re interested.

THE CHESS PROGRAM HAS SPOTS AVAILABLE!
The PPE Chess Program has several spots open. This special educational program meets on Wednesdays after school, and is open to students in grades K-5. Beginners are welcome! Contact Coach Igor at igorzhislin@gmail.com for more information and to register.

YARD SIGNS – RECYCLE THEM!
For Kindergarten and PreK families: If you’d like to keep your New PPE Tiger Yard Sign, please do! If you’re finished enjoying it and would like to donate it back to PPE PTO, we’d love to reuse it to welcome future Tigers. Simply place your yard sign in the collection bin outside the school’s front entrance. Thank you for helping us give our signs another life!
