Essential Question: How does change impact people and nature?

Learning Goals:

  • Recount what happens in a fiction story.
  • Determine the central message of a fiction story.
  • Compare a character’s problem in the beginning of the story and at the end of the story.
  • Form complete sentences with multiple subjects.
  • Construct simple sentences with one or more subjects and multiple verbs.
  • Choose evidence to support an explanation of how a character changes.
  • Write an informative paragraph about how a character changes. Include a topic sentence and evidence that supports the topic.
