LAST CALL:  Silent Auction Items Remaining! Five auction items have yet to be claimed and contact info is not available as the purchaser chose the “Hide My Email” feature at checkout. If you have a receipt that shows you purchased First Demo Swing on Old Building, Take the First Student Flush in the New Building, Nashville Theatre School $100 Gift Certificate, a School of Rock Gift Certificate, or a Harpeth Hall $100 Summer Camp credit, please reach out to Kristen Freude at 615-881-9169 or email percypriestuaction@gmail.com immediately. The unclaimed items will not be stored after the school year wraps up.

Upcoming Community and Fundraiser Events

Help us celebrate the end of the school year and the end of an era as we say goodbye to our current building and help Percy move to his new building! While the new building won’t be open to attendees except Percy on this day, we have so many fun things planned, including our 2nd Annual Tiger Dash (Down Memory Lane)! Can you volunteer to help out?

PPE Kindergarten Readiness Camp: July 22-23

Calling all Rising Kindergarten girls and boys for 2025-2026 school year.  Save the Date for July 22-23 for our Kindergarten Readiness Camp.  You can register HERE!

Join Mrs. Murray Dick & Mrs. Amy Patterson to get a “Sneak Peek” at a day in the life of a kindergartner in our NEW BUILDING! Your child will have the opportunity to meet new friends, engage in hands-on learning experiences, tour the NEW school, visit ‘kinder’ classrooms, and so much more!

Teachers and staff will have a very short timeline to pack their classrooms before they must exit the current building for summer break. While MNPS will arrange for moving their packed boxes, many teachers would love help organizing, sorting, tossing, and packing their classrooms. Can you help? We absolutely need as many people as possible to chip in for this so if you haven’t had a chance to volunteer lately please join us. MNPS Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-26 school year is open.  If you or someone you know has an incoming kindergartner, please encourage them to complete registration as early as possible.  For information regarding enrollment requirements, please visit this site.

Please join us for a book discussion on Jonathan Haidt’s bestseller,  “The Anxious Generation.”  The conversation will be led by past PTO President Brandi Kellett and Ms. K-B.
Where  & When: PPE’s Year-End PTO Meeting, Tuesday, May 20th from 6:00pm- 7:15pm (more info about the meeting coming soon!)

Fundraisers

It’s time! Get your school supplies your student(s) need – the exact items – delivered to class on day 1. Get the “must-have” list DONE in a few clicks and support the school at the same time. Sales close June 30 so buy now and cross this off your list!

PPE friends and family, take the night off from cooking on May 15 and feed the family while supporting the school! Use our unique code: PPES when ordering from Papa John’s and the PTO will receive 20% of all orders placed using that code. You can pre-order days in advance just make sure to select the appropriate date and input our unique code PPES.

Come Have Lunch!

Parents, grandparents and special friends are welcome to eat lunch with students! To help us with space and accommodating guests, we ask that visitors sign-up to come eat lunch using the bookings link below. Please be sure to select the correct grade level and teacher. When signing-up, we also ask that you only sign-up for one day at this time. Thank you for your help and we hope to see you for lunch soon. Sign up to come eat lunch with your student!
