IT’S BACK – BOOK FAIR TIME IS UPON US!

One of the best weeks is finally here…THE SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR!
Starting on Monday, students will visit the library to shop the fair with their class and/or in small groups.
Parent Preview and Pre-sale Day: Friday, October 31st during conferences
Family Night: Monday, Nov. 3rd from 4-6pm
Grandfriend’s Days: Thursday, Nov. 6th and Friday Nov. 7th

Reminder: THIS YEAR IS A CASHLESS FAIR. (Due to a new MNPS regulation schools are not allowed to accept credit cards as payment. EWallet and checks only.)
eWallets: Thanks for following this link to create an eWallet for your student. Sign in or create a new account and follow the prompts to create an eWallet.
If you have already created an eWallet and need to add additional funds, click the Scholastic logo at the top left and go to the eWallet link under your account details at the top right.
Book Fairy: A “Book Fair-y” account has been created for our students who may not be able to afford books. Donations can be made here. A million thanks for your kindness!
Teacher Books: Instead of book baskets, each teacher has an eWallet. If want to give books to a teacher, select their name below and add funds to their individual eWallet. Your name will be attached to your gift. Thank you for loving our teachers!

Many Moons is a magical story about emotion, wisdom, and perception. Princess Lenore has fallen ill, and there is only one thing that can make her feel better: the moon. Can the King figure out a way to satisfy his daughter’s demands? Only with the help of an unassuming assistant… his court jester!

 GRANDFRIENDS DAY

November 6-7: GrandFriends Days!

*IMPORTANT INFO: Grandfriends will need to pay by check at this year’s bookfair. We will be sending them an email reminder, but please also let your grandfriends know this. You can add money on the eWallet on their behalf if that’s easier, but checks are great. No cash or card.

**To ensure a smooth check in, we ask that you RSVP to GrandFriendsPPE@gmail.com by November 4th with the following information:
Name of grandfriend(s)
Name of student(s)
Name of teacher(s)
Grade of child(ren)

Our annual GrandFriends Days are around the corner! We’re thrilled to invite grandparents and special friends to join us for a heartwarming celebration of our children!

Each visit will include:

– A musical performance by the children

– A visit to their classroom

– A stop at the Book Fair in the library

Please help us spread the word and encourage your loved ones to RSVP (details below). We can’t wait to welcome them and share this special day together!
