This week marks the end of the 3rd nine weeks of school.  This Friday, March 12th will be a half day of school and student dismissal will be at 11:30.  School will be closed for spring break from 3/15-3/19.

Our 2021 Read-A-Thon will conclude this week on Wednesday, March 10th.  Students are encouraged to log their reading minutes in Beanstack.  Beanstack can be found in the Clever portal for all students.  There will be a celebration / book character dress-up day on March 12th.

This Tuesday night our PTO will host a meeting at 6pm featuring a presentation about “Staying Data Informed About Your Child.  This presentation is a follow-up to the individual data letters sent out by teachers last week.  Please use the following link to access the meeting:  PTO Meeting Link

Families please continue to help us to stop the spread of Covid-19 by remembering the following:

· Before students leave for school, families should check them for symptoms of COVID-19. If your student or someone else at home has a temperature, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you must keep them at home.

·All students and staff are required to wear masks throughout their day at school.

· To protect the safety of students and staff, no visitors, including parents or guardians, will be allowed into the school at this time.

Families please remember that our PTO grade-level newsletters are a great way to stay informed regarding grade level information.  The newsletters can be reviewed online at https://www.percypriest.org/latest-news/.  If you have not signed up for the newsletter you can also sign-up at any time by visiting  https://www.percypriest.org/contact-us/newsletter/

Thank you and have a great weekend.
