It’s Time to INVEST!

The INVEST Campaign kicks off today!  This PPE PTO annual fundraising campaign raises critical dollars for our school. It is a chance for parents, grandparents, and all those who support PPE to directly INVEST in our teachers, students and programs through monetary donations.

This year, INVEST pays for the school’s Tiger Time Support, Technology, and Spanish teachers, and more.

To give, scan the QR code or click the link below and choose your level of support and number of payments. You can also find the link on our website HERE.  If you are not able to support financially at this time, just click “I Support PPE” to show our teachers how much they mean to us all and be counted in your child’s class participation percentage. Suggested Donation per student is

$375. ANY and ALL amounts are appreciated!  Please make your pledge by November 18th!

Volunteer Spotlight

Name: Kass Benchoff

Children: Sam-4 th grade and Stevie-former Tiger 6 th grade

Volunteer Role: Tiger cup co-chair

Why Percy Priest: I give my time to PPE because I love this school, the teachers, support staff and leadership so much. They provide an excellent education to our children while also loving them so intensely. I love being a part of our PPE community and want the school to continue to grow so giving back to support that growth and support is my main motivation.   I’m super sad this is our last year as a Tiger, but I’m still holding out hope for fifth grade.

Name: Kimmy Peterson

Children: Louisa “Weezie”, 2nd grade and Van, 6th grade (former Tiger)

Volunteer Role: Tiger Cup Co-Chair (also Unicycle)

Why Percy Priest: I love EVERYTHING about Percy Priest. Since landing on campus in the fall of 2020, from Brooklyn, NY peak pandemic my entire family was wholeheartedly embraced by this community. From my first phone conversation with Ms. Lolita (45 min no less) to Dr. Young face-timing with my kids in Brooklyn to welcome them to the school and outreach by the PTO – all of which happened before we even moved here- I knew right away that we had found our people and that our children would thrive in this nurturing environment. AND THEY HAVE. For which, I am forever grateful and volunteering is the least I can do.
